3 months old!!!!!

This one is 6 months old. Y'all are gonna think we are crazy, but we have two Elliotts now. His name is Clifford Bain Griffin. I made the mistake of leaving him in the garage and not in the Kennel and he chewed up one of Caleb's toys (tow-mater). Caleb walked around crying,"I don't like Clifford Bain anymore." But he has gotten over it now.
My how time flys...Toby is 3 months old now. Can't believe it! That's how long Caleb was in his cast and it seemed like a whole lot longer. Speaking of which, Caleb's cyst is heading in the right direction as far as healing goes. We won't really be able to tell much until after a year.

Bathtime...Doesn't the water look extra blue? We have fizzy tablets that turn the water colors...like kids don't have enough fun in the bath. We didn't buy them--they were in our wal-mart sack when we got home.
Caleb at his first Dental appoitment. My friend April reminded me unintentionally to get one for Caleb when she sent pictures of her own little guy in the Dentist chair. Really not much cleaning happened--just an introduction to the tools and all the other utensils that are strange to a 3 year old.

Sweet baby.
Ken and his college friend, Sebastian. Sebastion is from Germany, but recently moved here to North Carolina from New Jersey.
Caleb fell asleep on the ottoman at our friends house. We should've known something was wrong because Caleb NEVER falls asleep like that. Sure enough Caleb had a temp of 102 degrees. Caleb has only had a fever over 1oo three times in his life....so it's quite rare.
Caleb put smily face stickers on Toby.
Guess Toby wasn't in a smilin' mood.
He was in a smilin' mood here.

brothers...aren't they sweet

We're not in Kansas anymore...

This is a very long blog. I'm sorry, but we have had a busy September so we have lots of pictures. Toby smilin' again.
First Day of Pre-School.
Toby's first plane trip and Caleb's 20th. They were so good on the plane. It was nice to have Ken's help though...much easier...
Toby and Papa. We went to KC for Skip's 60th birthday party. Nana and the cousins (Josie, Caleb, Toby, & Colin)

Aunt Melanie reading to Josie, Caleb, and Toby.
Caleb cleaning and brushing his dinosaur that he named Rojo.
We went to The T-rex restuarant at a beautiful new shopping Center in KC called Legends. It was neat. It had legends of Kansas History painted on the walls and really great shops. Caleb loved this dinosaur place.
Me and Toby one Kanobi

Toby smiling again.
We went to Shawnee Lake and had a picnic. It was so beautiful--the weather and everything. I forgot how nice Kansas was in September. Micah (my sister's husband had to work--we missed him though).

Caleb wearing his MeMaw's glasses. Caleb with his Cousin Addison (6 mo) in the rojo chair. Unfortunately all good things must come to an end. We had to leave our families and go back to North Carolina where sweet Elliott was waiting for us. We had a really good time and miss our famlies very much.

2 months old and 372 months old

What a sweet smile. Toby smiles all the time. I would think he would get tired from all that smilin'. He is two months now and weighs 14 lbs 14 oz. He is 23 1/2 inches long.
We are excited! Caleb is Potty trained! We were set back because of his cast, but I think the boy is running at the speed of light trying to catch up with all the things he couldn't do while he was in a cast.
Ken turned 372 months old this week. Quite a milestone. Look at what he can do! Holding two boys in his lap.
This is one of those rare moments where I actually witnessed Caleb sleeping and was able to get a picture of it. Isn't it sweet?
Toby loves the bean bag. He will sit in it for the
longest time without fussin'.
