We went to visit our families and it was a very nice time. We all got sick, but still had a great time. I don't have many photos of Ken's family because we were so busy getting ready for the reception I didn't really think about it...Nancy puts us to work. We have some pics from our stay with my parents. We went to the Zoo, the circus, and a farm...

We went to the Topeka Zoo with my parents and it was a lot of fun...the weather was nice so the animals were out and about...they were right up close to the window.
We also went to the Deanna Rose Farmstead in Olathe, which was a nice park...
this long horn really wanted the leaves. Caleb got bonked in the face by a cow at the farmstead and got a bloody lip...He was pretty upset, but it's kind of funny to say that he got hit by a cow...a white cow .

The only picture I got of Beth's reception...probably because we were working to get everything ready. There was a storm that morning and most of the day, but luckily it ended up nice and everything went well.

We went to an old timer festival this fall called "Murray's Mill". It's an old flour mill...it was fun, but very dusty since we haven't had rain in forever!
